Is anyone else scared to the very sole about where our economy is going?
I for one am not confident in housing market and can only sympathise with those who have to not only support themselves but others too.
According to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) property sales may fall by 40% this year because of the credit crunch. And such a sales drop would represent the biggest shrinkage in the housing market since modern records began and could cut consumer spending by 8%, Rics said.
This is effects everyone. Removal companies for example will see a real change and have to tighten their belts to make it through the year.
